Celebrating CTA Week 2025: Bringing Community Together

At Corecom Tech Academy, we put people first – combining impactful work with wellbeing initiatives to continue developing confident, capable tech professionals ready to make a difference across the UK. 
 
This week, we hosted our first internal Celebrating CTA Week 2025, a celebration of connection, community, and growth that highlighted everything we stand for.

An Eventful Week 

Each day of Celebrating CTA Week brought something new to the table – both literally and figuratively! 

We kicked things off with a powerful internal panel discussion on overcoming imposter syndrome and building confidence in the workplace. Our speakers shared personal stories and practical tips, sparking an honest dialogue about self-belief, resilience, and success in the tech industry. 

Wednesday saw us tuning in for Lightning Talks session with our Associate Consultants, who brought fresh energy to deep topics like authenticity and philosophy. In just 30 minutes, these sessions challenged us to think differently about who we are and how we show up, both personally and professionally. 

Thursday turned up the heat with a Virtual Cooking Session. More than just a recipe swap, it was a moment of togetherness, laughter, and tasty results – a reminder that community can be built across different locations. 

Friday wrapped up an inspiring week with a full day of supported learning, creating space for focus and reflection. All this unfolded to a curated playlist by our Associate Consultants of feel-good global tunes – from Afrobeats to Bollywood, Britpop to Heavy Metal – showcasing the diverse voices and cultures that make Corecom Tech Academy such a vibrant place to grow.
