About The Opportunity
As part of this partnership, our Academy is hiring three Associate Consultant (Software Engineers), based in Nottingham.
Whether you’re a graduate, switching careers, or have a personal interest in tech, this opportunity provides you with a practical starting point.
With a clear, structured route into software engineering for early‑career talent, this is a fantastic chance to step into a role with purpose, growth, and long-term tech career potential. Your Path from Training to Deployment
Successful candidates will receive structured, hands-on training through our award-winning Academy, designed to bridge the gap between potential and performance.
Our introductory training courses covers everything you need to get started in the world of consulting. Our in-depth training is full time and delivered on a hybrid learning basis (classroom and remote).
After training, you’ll have the opportunity to gain further industry experience during deployment at altia, working directly on their projects – with full support provided by our Academy team and altia.
