Our dedicated Academy Ops & People Lead, Rachel McMahon, works closely with Associate Consultants throughout their deployment to ensure they’re not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them.
Through regular check-ins, feedback, and open communication, our support network is always there to provide guidance and help Associates overcome any challenges they face. From mental health resources to financial support webinars with Mintago, we make sure our Associates have everything they need to feel fully supported from day one.
