CTA reviews it’s recruitment, training, support / learning structures and overall business and processes on a regular basis, producing a Self Assessment Review which sets out the actions and improvements required to address risks, improve standards, and ultimately improve outcomes for people and learners.
Quality Improvement Plan
Our Quality Improvement Plan sets out specific actions we are undertaking to address the risks and improvements identified in the Self Assessment Review or otherwise.
