Frequently asked questions
What is Recruit Train Deploy?
Recruit, Train, Deploy (RTD) also known as ‘Hire Train Deploy’ is a strategic hiring model where we source individuals with high potential, provide specialist technical training aligned to your business needs, and deploy them into your teams as Associate Consultants. It helps organisations close skills gaps, build team diversity, and create sustainable talent pipelines.

Why use RTD instead of traditional hiring?
Traditional hiring can be slow, expensive and clients compete in the same limited pool of experienced candidates.
The Recruit Train Deploy model helps you grow your own talent pipelines, fill tech roles faster, with candidates skilled in your exact technical needs – reducing risks, increasing workforce diversity, boosting time-to-hire and providing your team with immediate value.

What roles, technologies and tools do you provide training in?
Our Academy is fully flexible and covers almost any role, technology stack or toolset required for your business. Whether you need talent in software engineering, software testing, data / AI engineering, cloud / platform, business analysis, and more, we design and build the curriculum accordingly.
How long does the process take, from recruitment to deployment?
Typically around 10-14 weeks, depending on location and training needs. More technical roles with detailed requirements would generally require longer training periods, which we can discuss in our initial conversation.
What support do Consultants receive once they start working with us?
We’re committed to the professional growth and long-term success of our Associate Consultants. Over two years, they’ll receive fully tailored career and wellbeing support from day one, including a structured career framework, personalised mentoring, continuous learning opportunities, and regular check-ins with a designated contact.

Yes, we fully support the clearance process, assisting people who are applying for Security Clearance all the way up to DV, and include it as part of our recruitment and onboarding journey.
