Who is the Recruit and Train service for?
Our Recruit and Train service benefits clients who are looking to find new talent, but don’t require our wraparound pastoral care service and ongoing support.
We work with you to source a diverse talent pool through our inclusive recruitment processes for you to select candidates from, followed by extensive training over a selected number of weeks before joining your team.
How is ‘Recruit and Train’ different from your ‘Recruit Train Deploy’ service?
While RTD offers an end-to-end talent solution where candidates are initially employed by Corecom Tech Academy, with Recruit and Train, it’s a bit different.
A fixed, upfront price model, with Recruit & Train candidates are employed by you directly from the start.
Through our same hiring channels, we help you find the right people to join your business, employed by you directly. Once successful candidates are onboarded at your business, they will then come to us to be trained in the specific technology, tools and soft skills needed to succeed in your selected role(s).
