A rigorous recruitment process
We use a rigorous recruitment process to identify the best potential candidates, using a combination of aptitude tests, interviews, and assessment days. We can also involve clients in the interview process to ensure you get the right people at the outset.

In-house training by industry practitioners
Our training is all designed and delivered in house by industry practitioners. We cover all the important aspects of technology and the fundamental parts of specific roles that may be required.

Ongoing learning opportunities
After training, our Consultants are deployed and integrated into client project teams while remaining employed by Corecom Technology Academy. We provide ongoing learning opportunities, career and wellbeing support, and a range of social events.

Build a talent pipeline
After the completion of the academy programme, the client is able to retain the consultant long term, allowing them to build a talent pipeline across multiple technology disciplines.
