Our dedicated Academy Ops & People Lead, Rachel McMahon, works closely with Associates throughout their deployment to ensure they’re not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them.
Through regular check-ins, feedback, and open communication, our support network is always there to provide guidance and help Associates overcome any challenges they face. From mental health resources to financial support webinars with Mintago, we make sure our Associates have everything they need to feel empowered, supported, and ready to thrive.

Our 1:1 check-ins are done on a regular basis. This ranges from a general check-in to diving into goal setting and long-term objective setting for our Associates, making sure they're exactly where they want to be in their career.
We also have a dedicated wellbeing channel, our neurodiversity community, and our Proud at CTA community, ensuring anybody, no matter what backgrounds they come from, have a safe place to be at work.”
