Apply

Submit your most recent CV using our online application form.

We’ll ask you a few short screening questions so we can get to know your interests, your motivation for entering tech, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

You don’t need a tech degree, previous experience, or any specific qualifications to apply – we’re far more interested in your potential and your passion for learning.

If you’re curious about tech and ready to take the next step, this is where your journey starts.

Short Video Interview

If your application progresses, we’ll invite you to a 30‑minute video interview on Microsoft Teams.

This will be an informal conversation with our friendly team where we’ll talk about your background, your interest in the programme, and what motivates you in more detail.

You’ll also be asked a few problem‑solving and time‑management questions so we can understand how you approach challenges and organise your work.

Technical Aptitude Test

After your interview, you’ll be sent an online technical aptitude test.

There’s no need to revise, study, or spend hours preparing – this test is simply designed to help us understand how you think, how you approach problems, and your potential to grow in a tech‑focused environment.

Our technical aptitude test is straightforward and gives you a chance to show your natural ability and curiosity for a tech role.

In-Person Interview

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a 2-hour in-person assessment centre or interview with the client.

This is your chance to showcase your strengths, demonstrate your potential, and get a real feel for the environment you could be joining.

You’ll take part in practical exercises, discussions, and activities designed to highlight your problem‑solving skills, communication style, and enthusiasm for learning.

Members of our Academy team will also be on hand to support you, creating a fully collaborative session.
